Niusule Enters into Long-Term Partnership Agreement with US Manufacturer

Monrovia, California & Hangzhou, China – October 16, 2009 – Niusule Biotech Corp. (“Niusule” or the “Company”) (OTC BB: NIUS), a leading U.S.-based biotech company focused on developing and selling nutritional products for children, today announced that the Company has entered into a long-term partnership agreement (“agreement”) with a leading US-manufacturer of enhanced confectionery products on October 6, 2009.
