聽Florfenicol is broad-spectrum antibiotics which can strongly interfere with bacterial protein synthesis by combining with the bacterial 50S ribosomal subunit and 70S subunit. Base onthe structure of the chloramphenicol,it replace -NO2 by -CH3SO2, thereby overcome the chloramphenicol
聽Inhibition of growth and mutation side effects, and have no cross-resistance to other antibiotics. To replace OH- by F-, it greatly enhance its antibacterial activity and improve organizational permeability.
